Rewards Distribution mode

With Cohort, you have the option to distribute your rewards through campaigns, using 3 different methods:

• Direct: all eligible users who have completed the campaign will obtain the same rewards that have been associated to the campaign.

• Instant draw: Selected rewards will be randomly obtained by the users who complete the campaign via a mystery box that will be instantly openable by their owners.

• Raffle: Selected rewards will be randomly obtained by the users who complete the campaign via a mystery box that will be automatically opened at a certain date.

💡 The selection of the reward distribution method is made during the campaign setup. The steps for creating the reward remain unchanged.

Distribution mode - Direct

Prerequisite: have created the reward(s) and the campaign.

1. Go on Rewards section of the created campaign

2. In Distribution Mode, select Direct

3. Click Confirm distribution mode

4. In Select rewards, click +Add rewards and choose the reward(s) you want to grant through your campaign

5. (Optional) In Limit rewards quantity, enter the number of rewards available for this campaign Once all rewards are claimed, the campaign will automatically end.

6. Click Continue and finalize the campaign setup

Direct distribution mode setup

Distribution mode - Instant draw

Prerequisite: have created the reward(s) and the campaign.

1. In Distribution Mode, select Instant draw

2. Click Confirm distribution mode

3. In Select rewards, click +Add rewards and choose the rewards you want to grant through your campaign

4. For each reward added, enter the available quantity.

5. In Maximum boxes quantity, enter the quantity of boxes available to be won through this campaign. The section No rewards is automatically added and calculated if the limited box quantity is greater than the overall total quantity of rewards.

6. Click Confirm rewards selection

7. In Box settings, customize the mystery box appearance which will be visible to your users:

   1. In Name, enter the name of your mystery box

   2. In Description, enter a text that will describe the box

   3. In Visual, upload a file ( JPG, PNG, SVG format, up to 32 MB)

8. Click Continue and finalize the campaign setup

Instant draw distribution mode setup

Distribution mode - Raffle

Prerequisite: have created the reward(s) and the campaign.

1. In Distribution Mode, select Raffle

2. Click Confirm distribution mode

3. In Select rewards, click +Add rewards and choose the rewards you want to grant through your campaign

4. For each reward added, enter the available quantity.

5. In Box reveal date, elect the date and time at which you want the content of the box to be revealed

6. In Maximum boxes quantity, enter the quantity of boxes available to be won through this campaign. The section No rewards is automatically added and calculated if the limited box quantity is greater than the overall total quantity of rewards.

7. Click Confirm rewards selection

8. In Box settings, customize the mystery box appearance which will be visible to your users:
