Experience Space
Cohort let's you create a unique and engaging Experience Space for your customers.
There are 2 options for making your Experience Spaces available to your community:
Standalone (default): Your experience space is available as a standalone website hosted by Cohort
Embed: Your Experience Space is embedded seamlessly in your app or website

Once your account is live, your Experience Space is available at https://<space-id>.mycohort.io
There is no technical integration or development required in this mode.
Your space ID is configured automatically when your account is created. It can be found in the Settings > Experience Space section of your admin.
Reach out to support or your Account Manager if you want to change your space ID.
User Authentication
The users will be prompted to sign-in to access their Experience Space. We support the following authentication mechanisms for the standalone Experience Space:
Email: The user enters their email address and receives a 6-digit OTP
OpenID Connect (Google, Facebook, custom, ...): The user logs in through an OpenID Connect compatible Identity Provider. This can be a social provider like Google or Facebook, or a custom one like an Enterprise SSO.
Contact support or your Account Manager to configure your authentication providers.
Custom Domain
At the moment, it is not possible to configure a custom domain for your standalone Experience Space.
Embed
For a more seamless User Experience, your Experience Space can also be embedded directly into your website or mobile application.
User Authentication
In this mode, we support two different authentication modes:
Managed by Cohort: Same as the Standalone mode
Custom: You can use your own authentication mechanism, such as the authentication of your app or website.
This mode will require some technical integration.
