Customize your Membership Pass

In their Experience Space, users will get identified and recognized thanks to this pass representing their identity in your brand.

You can customize different assets of the Membership Pass:

1. (Optional) Languages: you can add several languages by clicking + Add

2. (Optional) In Title, enter the title for your Membership Pass, it will appear under the user name. If you don’t customize a title, it is automatically generated by default with the name of your Experience space + Pass.

3. (Optional)In Visual, upload your logo or another visual of your choice in landscape ratio (16:9) and 1280x729 px or bigger.

💡 Note: the username displayed on the Membership Pass is automatically generated by Cohort. It can be modified by the user himself on his Experience Space, on the Settings section. The user name may only contain letters, numbers and hyphens.
