Swipe Cards
Score Prompt
Media Ppload
Picture Choice
By imbuing the challenge experience with a feeling of social presence, we aim to optimize customer engagement and reinforce the feeling of being part of the brand community.
When a user is invited to upload UGC (picture, video) within a challenge via the "'Media Upload" User Action, we now use AI to verify its compliance before validating the user step, in order to avoid any NSFW content violating your policy.
A new Swipe cards experience is now available in Cohort, allowing you to create a challenge where a user is invited to swipe between two pictures to express their tastes / preferences in order to enrich your overall customer knowledge, assess market sentiment and achieve true 1-1 personalized communication.
Upload a media
With Upload a media, you can entice your users to upload photos and videos of their own making and thus feed your UGC strategy to reinforce your marketing and social proof strategy.
To offer these experiences : 1️⃣ Configure a challenge 2️⃣ Add a new step 3️⃣ Select the "Swipe cards" and/or "Upload a media" user actions, after which you will be able to configure them to match your objectives.
To optimize the completion rate of your challenges, we designed a new referral program module that can be configured right into your back office when configuring your challenge. How it works :
after completing a challenge, all participants (the referers) are invited to send a unique link to N relatives (the referees)
Once the N referees have completed the challenge, the referrers unlocks a bonus reward of your choice
The number of referees and the bonus reward can be set up while configuring your challenge in settings (and modified after publication).
Introducing : Content ! You can now create content - with different types of medias such as pictures, videos, links or just plain text - and broadcast it to the audience of your choice right into the Experience Space.
More than a challenge or rewards hub, your users Experience Space can now be considered as a true content center as well, where they will be able to dive into the brand's latest news, or learn more about your fidelity program.
Additionally, contents can also be used within a challenge to enrich your description and instructions, ensuring users have all the informations at their disposals to engage with your experiences.
Rewards associated to a campaign can now be obtained via 3 different distribution modes in order to gamify user experience and boost your campaign attractiveness while maintaining the budget allocated to your campaigns :
Direct : all users unlock the same reward(s) once the challenge is completed
Instant Draw : selected rewards will be randomly obtained by the users who complete your campaign via a mystery box that will be instantly openable
Raffle : selected rewards will be randomly obtained by the users who complete your campaign via a mystery box that will be automatically opened at a certain date
Rewards distribution must be setup at the campaign level during configuration (and can be modified after publication).
A new "Scan a QR Code" experience is now available in Cohort, allowing you to create treasure hunt campaigns where a user can scan multiple QR codes (online or in-store) before claiming a reward. Unlike a Store campaign, the "Treasure Hunt" campaign will be visible in the Experience space. Once you add a step with User Action is "Scan a QR Code", an URL will automatically be generated. You will be able to copy the URL to create your QR code with a generator at the review step, or later from the campaign detail page.
In a challenge-type campaign, with a cohort form as a step, you now have the option to create 2 new types of fields:
Long text field
Score field: which will display 5 stars
It is now possible to view user properties in lists and segments and export them. To do this, you need to add the desired properties to the users grid via "Manage user properties". These properties will automatically appear in the members' grid within a segment or list. these properties can be exported to CSV.
New dashboards are available on the Admin interface. You can access them on the Home page, Users page and detailed Campaigns page. These indicators allow you to easily analyze the engagement and success of your campaigns.
You can now synchronize your users between Cohort and Salesforce, in both directions: import your Salesforce users in Cohort, and export Cohort users to your Salesforce instance.
With this synchronisation, you also have the option to sync specific fields from your Salesforce with user properties from Cohort and vice versa.
