Adding Team members

You can give access to the Cohort Admin interface to anyone working on the project (team members, IT, marketing agency, consulting firm, etc.).
⚠️This action is not available in test mode. Please make sure you switch off the test mode when you want to add team members.
You can manage access directly from the Admin interface by going to the organization settings (top right corner ⚙️).
Click on “Invite user” button and fill in the email address. An email will be sent to the invited user
⚠️ Everyone will have a full access to the tool (test mode & production).
Remove user
You can remove a user by clicking on the edit pen on his line and click on the red button “Remove user”. The user removed will no longer have access to the Admin interface.
