Standalone campaign

A standalone campaign is a unique and independent landing page that contains a sequence of steps that the users will have to complete to get a reward. The campaign is accessible via an url that Cohort hosts and generates automatically for each published campaign.

To create and launch a standalone campaign, follow these steps:

Customize the Brand settings of the user interface

  1. Go to the cogwheel in the top right corner of your admin interface and select the Experience Space section

  2. (Optional)In the Brand settings section, add the language(s) that you want to display for your users

  3. In Name, enter the name of your space that will appear in the top left of the campaign page (we recommend entering your brand name)

  4. In Logo, Upload a logo that will be visible to your users in the top left corner of the campaign page, next to the name. Please use a square image with margins, without a transparent background, and a size of 256x256px or bigger. The uploaded logo on your existing social network (Facebook or Linkedin) is often a good choice.

  5. (Optional) In Contact Email, insert an email address that your users can contact if they need assistance or have questions. This email address will be visible in the FAQ section of the campaign page.

  6. Click Save button to save the changes.

Customize the look and feel of your campaigns pages
