An airdrop campaign is an automatic distribution of rewards to all users, a list or a segment of users.
An Airdrop campaign is only available if you have an Experience Space.
Pre-requisite: You must have before creating an airdrop campaign. If you have not created it before, you won’t be able to publish your campaign, but you can save it as a draft.
Go to Campaigns section on the Admin interface
Click + Create campaign on the top right corner
Define the internal title of your campaign (it won’t be visible to your users)
Click Create
Choose the type Airdrop and click Continue
Choose your Audience and click Continue
All users will be able to access this campaign
A list or a segment: Only members of a specific list or segment will be able to access this campaign. If you choose this option, you have to select the list or segment that you created before or you can create it from scratch by clicking +Create
Select the reward(s) that users will receive after completing the campaign by clicking + Add rewards and click Continue
💡 Note: If you want to link a reward to your campaign, don’t forget to create one beforehand.
To finalise the campaign configuration, you have to click Continue to see the review of all your setup. You can edit any of the steps by clicking on the pen icon.
Click Publish campaign. The created campagne is ready to be sent. The campaign status is Published.
Click Save for later, the campaign status is Draft.
