Features:
Export user events from Cohort to trigger Klaviyo automations
On your Cohort dashboard menu (top-right), click on Apps and select the Klaviyo App
Click on Connect to start the connection process
Follow the instructions in the pop-up to login and connect your Klaviyo account
Setup export
The "Export user event" configuration page becomes available once the connection is validated.
You can opt to export all user events or pick only the ones you're interested in (recommended).
Once configure, click on Save changes.
Creating an automation using Cohort User Events
On your Klaviyo dashboard, go to Flows and create a new Flow
On the triggers pannel, select "Your metrics" and the Cohort app
Select the desired event type to trigger the flow
In the example below, we're creating an automation to send an email when a user joins a Cohort (segment or list)
