Create a Digital Asset

A Digital Asset is a collectible digital element that you can distribute to your customers. These elements cannot be used to obtain tangible benefits.

Create a Digital Asset

1. Go on Rewards section in the Admin interface

2. Select Digital Assets in the top left corner

3. Click + Create Digital Asset in the top right corner

4. Select the languages of your Digital Asset by clicking + Add if you want some more

5. Define the Internal Name of your Digital Asset (it won’t be visible to your users)

6. Define the Title that will be visible to your users

7. In Description, enter a text that describes the Digital Asset for your users.

8. In Visual, choose if you want text only, an image or a video.

9. If you choose to add :

   1. An image : Click upload, or drag and drop your file. Format: JPG, PNG or SVG, square, and 32MB or smaller.

      1. In Crop image, click on the image and move it until you are satisfied with how it's cropped

      2. Then click Save visual

   2. A video : click upload, or drag and drop your file. Format : MP4 or MOV, square, and 32MB or smaller.

10. In Limit to 1 per user, click on the circle if you want your user to receive only one Digital Asset

11. Click Create
