Challenge campaign

⚠️ In order to create a campaign, you must have defined a previously.

A challenge campaign is a sequence of steps that users will have to complete to earn a reward.

  1. Go to the Campaigns section in the Admin interface

  2. Click + Create campaign in the top right corner

  1. Define the internal title of your campaign (it won’t be visible to your users)

  1. Click Create

  2. Choose the type Challenge and click Continue

Note: If you want to continue the campaign creation later, there is a “Save for later” button that saves all the changes you’ve made so far.

  1. Choose your Audience and click Continue

  2. All users will be able to access this campaign

  3. A list or a segment: Only members of a specific list or segment will be able to access this campaign. If you choose this option, you must select the list or segment you created earlier, or you can create it from scratch by clicking +Create

  1. Select the reward(s) that users will receive after completing the campaign by clicking + Add rewards and click Continue

Note: If you want to link a reward to your campaign, don’t forget to create one beforehand. If it’s not the case, save your campaign, create your reward and come back to finish the campaign.

  1. In Settings, you can add several languages for your users interfaces by clicking + Add, you will find all languages that you setup in Language settings page.

Note: If you want multiple languages, you’ll have to customize all the texts int the different languages.

  1. In the Appearance section, enter the information below:

  2. In Title, type a title for the campaign, it will be visible to your users.

  3. In Opt-in CTA, enter the title of the opt-in button of the campaign.

  4. In Description, enter a text that describe the campaign for your users.

  5. In Visual, upload an image or a video for your campaign. Format: square without a transparent background and 32MB or smaller.

Note: You will see on the right a preview in real time of what you enter. If you click on Open preview, you will see a preview of the entire campaign page customized.

  1. (Optional) In Access section, you can personalize the url of your campaign (only lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens are allowed). By default, the url contains the campaign title if you don’t customize it.

  2. In Steps section, you can add one or several step(s) to your challenge campaign.

    1. Click +Add a step

    2. Choose a User Action

    3. In Icon, select the icon of your choice.

    4. In Title, type a title for the step, it will by visible to your users.

    5. In Description, enter a description of the action

    6. In Triggers section, click + Add trigger, choose the App you want to configure, select the user action needed for this step and Save trigger.

  3. Click Add to Challenge

  4. Replicate this action if you want other steps for your challenge with + Add a step

  1. (Optional) In Additional content, you can add contents to your challenge.

  2. (Optional) In Options, you can:

    1. Activate a referral program. You have to choose how many referrals are required, and select additional rewards to grant users for completing the referral.

    2. Activate the Social layer. By enabling it, users will be able to see what other people answered or submitted.

  3. (Optional) In Customer information, you can:

    1. Add frequently asked questions by clicking + Add question. You have to enter a question and the answer in a text format and click Add. The question(s) will appear on a FAQ section, in the campaign page for your users.

    2. Add Resources, by uploading a PDF file, that will be available for your users on the campaign page.

  4. To finalise the campaign configuration, you have to click Continue to see the review of all your setup. If needed, you can edit any of the steps by clicking on the pen icon.

  5. Click Publish campaign. The created campaign is now available for your users depending on the display method chosen either Experience or specific landing page. Check the different display methods here. The campaign status is Published.

If you click Save for later, the campaign will not be visible to your users. The campaign status is Draft.
